BLACKLIST spearheaded Peloton's ambitious expansion into the EMEA market. Faced with the challenge of producing fresh subscriber content weekly without an existing production team, we stepped in to provide a pivotal role in Peloton's EMEA expansion, overcoming the challenge of producing weekly subscriber content without prior infrastructure. Our strategy involved closely mirroring Peloton's US team, ensuring style and quality consistency. In six weeks, we formed and trained a 12-person team, and swiftly built a studio with live stream capabilities, enabling 20 hours of weekly content delivery. This effort led to a seamless transition to local content production and a continued partnership with Peloton for collaboration across marketing initiatives.
