We’ve published our ESG Report 2025, sharing the progress we’ve made over the past year as we continue embedding environmental, social and governance principles into how we work. This year marked an important step forward for us. We’re moving beyond early foundations and focusing on how ESG shows up in our everyday decisions, projects and culture, while being honest about what we’ve learned along the way.

From an environmental perspective, we achieved a 24% reduction in overall flights and cut long-haul travel by 66%, supported by a stronger low-carbon travel policy and a wider shift toward digital-first collaboration. We also confirmed our target to eliminate Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030 and introduced new sustainability best-practice guidance across our creative work, covering digital production, responsible AI use and more sustainable approaches to campaigns. At the same time, the year reinforced that challenges like supplier engagement and carbon measurement require a more practical, collaborative approach, which is something we’re building into our next steps.

Social impact remains a big priority for us. In 2025, we delivered 12 structured work experience placements through partnerships with organisations including the BRIT School and Royal Holloway, helping support students with limited access to the industry. Our team also raised over £1,000 for the London refugee charity Young Roots, and we reshaped our internal wellbeing approach by introducing more open mental health sessions and drop-ins based directly on employee feedback.

We also strengthened our governance by appointing an Ethics Officer, ensuring full staff completion of ethics training, and introducing AI Representatives across the business to help oversee responsible use of emerging technology. Looking ahead to 2026, we’re focused on embedding ESG even further into major decisions. From choosing a sustainability-certified London office to rolling out carbon literacy training for our team and launching a formal pro-bono programme. For us, this report is another step in a long-term journey to grow responsibly and create work that has a positive impact.
