OVERVIEW
When global production titans Done + Dusted dreamed up their next major immersive IP, they didn't just need to explain it. They needed to show it. Fame Factory is a bold, interactive journey that allows guests to live the full arc of celebrity, from the dizzying rise to the inevitable scandal, and finally, the glorious comeback.
To turn this high-concept vision into a reality for internal stakeholders and investors, Blacklist Creative served as the visual architect, working intimately with the Creative Director to bulk out the concepts and realise the world of Fame Factory before a single brick was laid.

The BRIEF: SELLING THE DREAM
Done + Dusted required a comprehensive visual deck to anchor their investor presentations and internal planning. The challenge was to make a complex, multi-room narrative feel cohesive, exciting, and commercially viable. The mission was to:
Translate high-concept ideas into high-fidelity 3D renders and concept art.
Visualise the user journey through distinct emotional zones such as "The Rise," "The Scandal," and "The Redemption."
Create a tangible "investor-ready" toolkit that proved the concept could work both creatively and logistically.

Strategic Approach:
Collaborative Visualisation
We didn't work for the Creative Director; we thought with them. Our approach was to treat every render as a storyboard frame from a movie. We focused on atmospheric storytelling, using lighting, texture, and perspective to communicate how a guest would feel in the space, not just where the walls would go.
The Architecture of Fame: We mapped out distinct "Pods" (Music, Sport, Film) that utilised green screen technology to transport guests into their fantasies.
The Social Layer: We mocked up the digital output, showing exactly how the physical experience would translate into viral social content, a key selling point for the business model.












The Execution: A World in Renders
We delivered a massive suite of assets that fleshed out every corner of the Fame Factory universe.
The Experience Pods: We visualised the specific "fame archetypes" guests could step into.
The Sportstar: From a gritty boxing ring with a referee to a chaotic post-match press conference.
The Popstar: A "Boiler Room" style DJ booth for the underground ravers and a sun-drenched Ibiza Pool Party set for the summer vibes.
The Movie Star: A high-stakes "Getaway Driver" set and a "Heroes and Villains" green screen setup.
The Narrative Arc: We designed the transition spaces, from the luxury of the Private Jet entrance to the neon-soaked tension of the Scandal Nightclub and the redeeming glow of the Awards Ceremony.
Production Logic: We even visualised "Content Creation Solutions" demonstrating how these high-end assets could be filmed efficiently using green screens at Blacklist HQ.
THE RESULT
Our work provided the visual foundation for the Fame Factory pitch, transforming abstract ideas into a concrete, investable proposition.
Realised Vision: The renders allowed the D+D team to walk investors through the venue virtually, securing confidence in the project.
Brand DNA: We established the visual language of the brand, neon, bold, and energetic, which is now reflected in their live digital presence.
Launch Ready: The project has successfully moved from concept to reality, with a live presence and a clear brand identity.
