Mission

Blacklist works with partners by combining the flexibility of an in-house team with the expertise of an out-of-house creative agency. We deliver award-winning creative content that fits seamlessly with the brands we work with. Thanks to these long-term partnerships, we get to know the brands well and can anticipate their needs.

We do all this with a talented and passionate team where equality is central. Blacklist is known among both clients and employees for its strong company culture.

Contribution to advancing the field

In a world where climate change is a hot topic, Blacklist has started developing a Net Zero Strategy. By mapping out our emission footprint, we are identifying how we can reduce it. A 'sustainability policy' is being developed, and Blacklist is engaging with employees while also reviewing travel policies (depending on distance) and standards. A new structure of travel guidelines is being implemented to encourage employees to work with Blacklist’s sustainability goals in mind.

Femke Westerhof emphasizes the importance of sustainability within the organizational structure of the company: “At Blacklist, innovation is part of our DNA. We are constantly pushing boundaries—both creatively and in terms of production. This enables us to move forward with an industry that is always evolving. The collaboration between experienced professionals and the younger generation keeps us sharp and ensures innovative and strategic content remains our focus.”

The Blacklist Case

For the launch of Prime Video’s The Grand Tour Season 4, Blacklist worked with Prime Video to create a campaign that launched in seven countries simultaneously. With local creatives, assets were developed for social, (digital) out of home, TV, radio, and digital.

From full station takeovers to building wraps at the Dutch Grand Prix and bus and highway billboards: The Grand Tour was everywhere. The campaign recreated an epic car crash scene across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Poland—literally. The outdoor activation featuring the season’s favourite moment reached more than 4.7 million impressions, with fans lining up to take a photo with the famous car.
