MARSHALs, The 24 Hour Race to Launch a Continent

We mobilised a multi-territory production operation to deliver 1,087 assets across 8 European markets in one of the tightest broadcast windows we've ever faced..


OVERVIEW

For the European launch of Marshals, the highly anticipated Yellowstone spin-off, SkyShowtime needed a production partner capable of executing a massive, multi-channel campaign across eight territories, simultaneously, and at speed.


With local premieres scheduled just 24 hours after the US debut, the margin for error was essentially zero. BLACKLIST stepped in to deliver a high-impact OOH and broadcast campaign that put Marshals on streets, buses, trams, and screens across Europe, on time.



THE MISSION


The objective was clear: make Marshals impossible to miss at launch. The challenges were anything but simple.


  • Speed: A 24-hour window between US debut and local premiere left almost no room for asset delivery or production delays.

  • Scale: Full delivery across 8 diverse European markets, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Hungary, and Czech Republic.

  • Breadth: A wide media mix spanning high-visibility OOH (buses, trams, subways, mesh placements) all the way through to broadcast TV and radio.



THE EXECUTION: Mobilised Across a Continent

We deployed an intensive resource allocation strategy to meet an accelerated timeline that would test even the most seasoned production teams.


  • Volume & Velocity: We produced and delivered 1,087 assets across all formats and markets, with every piece localised and broadcast-ready from day one.

  • OOH Dominance: Standout placements included a fully branded bus shelter takeover at Blaha in Budapest, a striking mesh installation at Oktogon, and large-format mesh placements across Poland, some of the biggest OOH formats in the campaign. Tram wraps added further street presence across multiple markets.

  • Localisation at Scale: Every asset was adapted for local languages and market-specific media specs, ensuring the campaign landed with consistency and cultural relevance from Warsaw to Madrid.
